On April 7, 2011, bids were received for the Atascadero Historic City Hall Project for Bid Package ACH-8, Repair & Rehabilitation. Five (5) bids were received and Diani Building Corporation out of Santa Maria, was the lowest responsive bidder. Dianis’ proposal has been reviewed and confirmed complete. Their proposal will be presented to Atascadero’s City Council on June 14, 2011 for approval as the awarded Prime Contractor for bid package ACH-8. If awarded, work will commence on July 11, 2011.
