On March 29, 2011, bids were received for the Historic City Hall Project for Bid Package ACH-5, Concrete Piles, Structural Foundation, Earthwork and Cast-in-Place Concrete. Five (5) bids were received and the local firm, Wysong Construction, was the lowest responsive bidder. Wysong Constructions’ proposal has been reviewed and confirmed complete. Their proposal will be presented to Atascadero’s City Council on April 12, 2011 for approval as the awarded Prime Contractor for bid package ACH-5 for the Historic City Hall Project.
