On December 21, 2010, bids were received at the City Hall for Bid Package ACH-2, Penthouse Hazardous Materials Abatement and Demolition. Six (6) bids were received (see attached bidding matrix) with MARCOR Environmental out of Dublin, CA as the lowest responsive bidder. MARCOR Environmental’s proposal has been reviewed and confirmed complete. Their proposal will be presented to the City of Atascadero’s City Council on February 22, 2011 for approval as the awarded Penthouse Hazardous Materials Abatement and Demolition Prime Contractor for the Historic City Hall Project.
