Electrical and HVAC Bid Documents Now Available

Bid Package ACH-19 HVAC Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for HVAC demolition of the existing HVAC equipment, ductwork and any control wiring and conduits, and installing a complete new HVAC system including but not limited to equipment, ductwork, piping, valves, fittings, instrumentation and controls, devices accessories and appurtenances necessary for completely finished and properly operating mechanical system integrated with all other building systems.

Bid Package ACH-20 Electrical Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for electrical demolition and safe off of all existing wiring, panels, equipment, etc., install a complete new electrical system service and switchboard, power, lighting, fire alarm system and connection to all mechanical, elevator and other equipment.
