All submissions are routed to the appropriate staff representative for followup and summary reports of these requests/comments are submitted to the City Council on a scheduled basis.

In Person

City Hall is located at 6907 El Camino Real in the new Colony Square. Our hours of operation are M-Th, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  City Hall is closed to walk-in appointments on Fridays.  City Hall is also closed on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day;  Lincoln's Birthday; Presidents Day; Memorial Day; Independance Day; Labor Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day & the Friday after Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day.

You are also welcome to provide input at any of the public meetings of the City Council, commissions, or committees.
