Penthouse demolition is near completion. The last of the four (4) rooftop structures was removed and all debris was offloaded for disposal. The last activities that remain of the penthouse demolition is removal of the two penthouse topping slabs, building protection, and clean up. Penthouse demolition is anticipated to be complete next week. Building protection will be put in place for protection of any inclement weather. The Bid Package ACH-8 Rehabilitation Contractor, when mobilized, will maintain the protection through the course of the project.
