Dear Potential Concert Concessionaire

You are invited to review the information enclosed in regards to the concession sales of wine and beer at the City of Atascadero’s 2012 Saturday in the Park Summer Concert Series at Atascadero Lake Park Bandstand area, located at 9305 Pismo Ave, Atascadero CA. The City of Atascadero is hosting six concerts in 2012 on Saturdays 7/7/12 through 8/11/12
From 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

Below is a link to the “Notice to Proposers” packet and a draft Lease Agreement for your review. Please submit your proposal on the “Notice to Proposers” forms. Attachments to the forms provided are acceptable. Please note that the proposal must indicate the % of gross sales (minimum 9%) the proposer intends to pay the City. You do not need to return the draft Sample Concession Sales Agreement when you submit your “Notice to Proposers” packet.

All proposals are due to the City of Atascadero, Department of Community Services, 6907 El Camino Real, Atascadero, California 93422 by Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 5:00 pm.
