Oversight Board for Successor Agency to the Community Redevelopment Agency

The purpose of the Oversight Board for Successor Agency to the Community Redevelopment Agency of Atascadero is to supervise the activities of the Successor Agency. The Oversight Board has a fiduciary responsibility to holders of Enforceable Obligations and taxing entities that benefit from distributions of property tax and other revenues.  The actions of the Board will in turn be overseen by the Director of the Department of Finance and may be subject to disapproval or modification.
