City Projects

The Engineering Division is responsible for the engineering and management of capital improvement projects for City infrastructure and facilities, and the approval of private development as it impacts the City right-of-way and City property.
 
 
The Public Works Department uses a website hosted by Quest Construction Data Network to distribute project plans and specifications. Via this site, potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers can view bid results and preview current projects at no charge.
 
In order to purchase and download project plans and specifications, bidders will need to register with Quest Construction Data Network. Please be advised, only bidders who have registered and downloaded project plans, will be added to the planholder's list.
