• Encroachment Agreement / Insurance Requirements - The City of Atascadero requires a certificate of liability insurance with at least $1,000,000 in general liability coverage AND a CG 2012 additional insured endorsement attached to it. Please email forms to permitcenter@atascadero.org. Please provide your insurance provider with an example form so the endorsement can be issued under your policy.
• Encroachment Inspections - Call (805) 466-8099 to schedule inspection. Permittee shall provide 2 business day notice prior to commencing work in the right-of-way.

Development Review

• Development Review, including septic, sewer, grading, and public/subdivision improvement permits are all processed through the Community Development's Permit Center.
