Projects
The Public Works Department uses a website hosted by Quest Construction Data Network to distribute project plans and specifications. Via this site, potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers can view bid results and preview current projects at no charge.
In order to purchase and download project plans and specifications, bidders will need to register with Quest Construction Data Network. Please be advised, only bidders who have registered and downloaded project plans, will be added to the planholder's list.

EDEN REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The City of Atascadero is requesting qualification responses for the implementation, support, and software to replace the current Eden software platform. This RFQ document is provided to initiate conversation and is not intended to overly formalize this process. The content of each response to this RFQ should be sufficient to let staff know that the vendor is interested in partnering with the City on this project. A full RFP level response is not requested or expected.
