Coffee with a Cop

The Atascadero Police Department is pleased to invite community members to join us for Coffee with a Cop on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Joebella Coffee Roasters, located at 3168 El Camino Real in Atascadero.

Coffee with a Cop provides a unique opportunity for residents to meet with local officers in a relaxed and informal setting. Community members are encouraged to stop by, enjoy a cup of coffee, ask questions, share concerns, and engage in meaningful conversations with members of the Atascadero Police Department.

Building strong relationships between law enforcement and the community is essential to maintaining a safe and connected city. Events like Coffee with a Cop help foster open dialogue, strengthen trust, and create opportunities for residents and officers to get to know one another outside of emergency situations.

This event will also feature a special appearance by Atascadero Police Department K9 Pomic. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Pomic, learn about the important role police K9s play in serving the community, and take photos with one of the department's most popular four-legged officers.

Whether you have questions about public safety, want to learn more about the department, or simply enjoy great coffee and conversation, we encourage everyone to attend.
