Atascadero Man Arrested

On September 15, 2026, detectives with the Atascadero Police Department executed an arrest warrant in the 9300 block of Rivera Lane in Atascadero. They arrested Nicholas Jordan Davin, 30 years, without incident for the following charges:

1. 288.3(a) PC: Contact Minor with Intent to Commit a Sex Offense, (Felony)
2. 288.2(a)(1) PC: Send Obscene Material to Minor with Sexual Intent, (Felony)
3. 311.11(a) PC; Possess Obscene Material, (Felony)
