Atascadero Winter Youth Basketball Registration is Open!

It's time for hoops! The City of Atascadero's Recreation team is looking forward to getting the youth back on the court for some recreational basketball! Our program stresses the importance of individual skill development, teamwork, positive attitudes & most of all, FUN!! In a non-competitive setting, we offer a division for anyone in grades Kindergarten through 12th at any skill level.

Volunteer Coaches & Sponsors are needed for this program!

IMPORTANT DATES

• SKILLS CLINICS ASSESMENTS (All registered players, Kinder through 12th grade must attend one): Saturday, September 19th from 12:30 PM – 6 PM or Saturday, October 24th from 12:30 PM – 6 PM. Drop in anytime that works for you! We will split the players into groups and run them through stations. Your player’s assessment should last anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes.
  
• PRACTICES & GAMES: Practices begin the week of November 30, 2026, and Games will be played on Saturdays beginning January 9, 2027, through March 6, 2027.

COST: $121 for Atascadero residents & $132 for non-residents.
