City of Atascadero Presents Summer Movies in the PARK - “ZOOTOPIA 2” June 13th & “FOOTLOOSE” August 29th!

The City of Atascadero announces Summer Movies in the Park! Movies will show Saturday’s, June 13th and August 29th. All movies are family friendly and will begin about 15 minutes after sunset at Colony Park Softball Field #2, located at 5599 Traffic Way, next to the Colony Park Community Center in Atascadero. Beginning at 7 pm, there will be a variety of fun games and activities for the whole family to enjoy before the movie!

On Saturday, June 13th, we are pleased to present “ZOOTOPIA 2” (PG)! Detectives Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde unravel a massive conspiracy involving the city's origins. When a mysterious pit viper returns to the metropolis to expose a historical cover-up, Judy and Nick must go undercover, navigate new areas of the city, and face a dangerous aristocratic family.

The second movie, “FOOTLOOSE” (PG) will be featured on Saturday, August 29th! Ren McCormack moves from Chicago to a small Midwestern town he now calls home. He discovers that the small town has made dancing and rock music illegal and he struggles to fit in and faces an uphill battle to change things.
