7. DESCRIPTION OF CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL: The first arriving unit found a single-family residence fully involved with heavy fire, which was spreading to the vegetation behind the home. Firefighters initiated firefighting efforts on both the structure and the vegetation, successfully stopping the flames before they reached adjacent homes. Units from Atascadero State Hospital Fire, Templeton Fire, San Luis Obispo County Fire and Paso Robles Fire assisted in firefighting efforts. Four residents were displaced as a result of the incident.
8. ANY UNUSUAL PROBLEMS DURING FIRE DEPARTMENT OPERATION: Due to the damage to the structure, firefighters were unable to safely make entry until the fire was knocked down.
