City of Atascadero Presents “Coffee with a Planner” on March 19 at Malibu Brew Coffee - Topic: 2045 General Plan, Zoning Code Update, and Draft EIR

The City of Atascadero Community Development Department will host our “Coffee with a Planner” next week! These events are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

These informal sessions allow staff to hear from the community about a variety of topics including land use, zoning, city policy, and development projects. Each session highlights a specific topic, but our team will be happy to address any topic as time allows. The goal of these sessions is to allow for open dialog, and to provide a casual and accessible time for ongoing community input.

This month’s Coffee with a Planner will be Thursday, March 19th, at 9:00AM at Malibu Brew Coffee. The topic will be our 2045 General Plan, Zoning Code Update, and associated Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR). Our Planning Division is continuing to make progress on the 2045 General Plan Update and associated Zoning Code updates. We are currently in the environmental review stage of the General Plan Update and completing a draft environmental impact report. We look forward to hearing from you about this exciting project!
