Short-Term Rental Workshop - February 5th, 4 PM - 7 PM, City Hall

The City of Atascadero will be hosting a drop-in Short-Term Rental Workshop where you can share your insights and ideas about Short-Term Rentals and help inform forthcoming changes to Short-Term Regulations.

The City is considering adopting new rules and regulations to promote responsible and safe operation of Short-Term rentals (i.e., Vacation Rentals and Homestays) in the community. We are looking for insights from our community members, including Short-Term Rental operators, neighbors, and any other interested individuals, based on their experiences with these businesses in our community.

Please join City Planning Staff anytime from 4 PM-7 PM at City Hall on Thursday, February 5^th. Staff will be available during that time to answer questions, share information, and listen to your ideas about potential new standards for Short-Term Rentals.
