The Atascadero Police Department is investigating a homicide following the discovery of 34-year-old Todd Joseph Pinion, who was reported missing on October 30, 2024. Mr. Pinion was last seen in Atascadero on the morning of October 23, 2024, and initial investigations raised concerns about suspicious circumstances surrounding his disappearance. Atascadero Fire & Emergency Services Responds to Hay Trailer Fire

On Saturday, October 26th at 2:54 pm, units from Atascadero Fire & Emergency Services responded to the report of a vehicle fire described as a truck with a trailer of hay bales on fire. Upon arrival, units found a passenger pickup truck towing a flatbed trailer with numerous bales of hay on fire. Construction to Begin for 2024 F-14 Pavement Resurfacing Project

The City of Atascadero is pleased to announce the work on the 2024 F-14 Pavement Resurfacing Project will begin Monday, October 28th.
